Is WiseCar Go free?
Yes. The map, filters and route planning with charging stops are free, with no limit on standard routes. Free users get 1 AI route a day and 3 saved routes. Upgrade to WiseCar Go Premium for more.
How do I start using WiseCar Go?
WiseCar Go currently lives inside the WiseCar app. Download WiseCar from the App Store or Google Play and tap “Plan Route” in the bottom menu. A standalone WiseCar Go app is coming to the stores soon.
Can I use it without a WiseCar charger?
Yes. WiseCar Go is built for every EV driver; you don't need a WiseCar device. If you have one, you'll also see your home charging time.
Where does the station data come from?
Stations come from EPDK's official list of all public charging stations in Türkiye and are updated regularly. DC stations are shown with blue pins, AC stations with red pins.
Which cars are supported?
Choose your car from the in-app catalogue and its battery capacity, range and charging power are filled in automatically. Not on the list? Use “Manual car” to enter the details yourself.
Does it work offline?
The station map works offline, so you can still see nearby stations where there's no signal. Route planning and AI planning need an internet connection.
