1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days without providing any justification and without penalty.
2. Return Policy
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all accessories and original packaging.
Electronic products such as electric vehicle chargers are only eligible for returns if they have not been installed/assembled and are unused.
Returns of products without an invoice are not accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened/installed products cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
Please submit your return request to info@wisecar.com.tr with your order number.
You can send the product via Yurtiçi Kargo using our agreement code, using the RMA (return authorization) number we will send you.
Once the product is received by us, it will be inspected by our technical team.
A refund will be initiated for products that meet the return conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
5. Refunds
Payment must be made within 14 days of return approval, using the payment method used for the purchase.
For credit card payments, the refund amount may vary depending on your bank. For installment transactions, your bank may process the refund in installments.
6. Exchange Policy
If a product exchange is requested, exchanges can be made based on stock availability.
The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process.
If there is a price difference between the product being exchanged, the difference will be charged or refunded.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made or personalized products upon customer request,
Assembled or used products,
Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons,
are not eligible for returns.
